Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of AMVI card. By completing a purchase, the user agrees to these terms.

Delivery and permitted use

AMVI card is delivered electronically and may only be used for the vehicle, parties, and period specified in the order. Reuse, modification, copying, resale, or distribution is not permitted.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and complete. The user is also responsible for checking whether any additional documents, permissions, or requirements apply in the relevant situation or jurisdiction. AMVI card does not replace registration documents, insurance documents, identification documents or any official documents that may be required by authorities, organisations, or other third parties.

Fees, refunds, and exceptional review

Fees are non-refundable due to the immediate delivery of the service. In exceptional circumstances, we will review your case and may, at our discretion, offer a refund. If you believe an exception applies, please contact us.

Personal data and retention

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering the document, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and is deleted thereafter.

Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for any outcome related to the use or non-acceptance of AMVI card, including refusals, delays, disputes, penalties, or decisions made by authorities, insurers, organisations, or other third parties.
